The OWOA Annual Fall Clinic will be held at
New Hope Church, 4739 Powell Rd., Powell, OH 43065
Saturday, November 15, 2009 from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Members from the GCWOA will meet at the Park & Ride
on the North East Corner of Fields Ertle & Mason Montgomery Rd.
(Near I-71) for a 6:15 AM Departure

Class 2 to Class 1 Advancement Tests

NOTE:
You will be taking Two (2) Tests, an NFHS Rules Test and an OWOA Mechanics Test
Contact Ralph Farmer for Sample Tests, if desired.

Requirements to Take Advancement Test:
You MUST at least be in your Second Year as a Class 2 Official
You MUST inform Ralph Farmer via e-mail of your desire to take the Tests by December 31
You Must fill out a Application for Upgrade Form* and Bring it to the Test Site
You Must Bring 2 Completed Observation Sheets** to the Test Site
You MUST be at the Test Site within 20 Minutes of the Start Time, unless other Arrangements have been made.
