It is highly recommended to hire 3 to 4 Officials for every 2 Mats in use.
Weigh-ins are included in Dual, Tri, and Quad Meet Suggested Fees.
A fee of $25 is suggested for Tournament Weigh-ins for each official per 4 - 8 Teams.

Tournament fees are based on the following per match basis:
Varsity = $4.643 per Match
JV/Freshman = $3.93 per Match
Jr. High = $3.44 per Match
If more (or fewer) officials are used the fee should be adjusted so that the total fee is divided by the number of officials.

Please Note:
The GCWOA cannot and will not be a party to the establishment of mandatory fees to be paid to our members.
All final fee arrangements are solely between the School and Official involved.
